solid stay with minor hiccups

great location helpful service comfortable bed apartment style

the location was great as it was easy to find from union station. the staff provided helpful service regarding directions. the bed gave me a very comfortable sleep . i also appreciate the apartment style it offered.

i wish the tv had an option to connect my personal accounts. i was not able to stream netflix from my phone.

The location was convenient for my needs. I could easily access public transit options nearby. The staff was helpful with extra requests. The room was clean and I found it comfortable.

The water pressure in the shower was not that strong. It was adequate, but not as powerful as I prefer.

the location proves ideal. a spacious room was found with an apartment style layout. it was clean and cozy. i liked the close proximity to shops.

the bed provided was hard and small. it was not very comfortable. this led to some discomfort during the night.

i found the room clean with comfy bedding and pillows. i appreciated the kitchenette including a minifridge, cutlery, and dishes. bag storage before and after checkout was very helpful. the front desk staff were lovely, too.

the hotel restaurant was not operating, so breakfast was at a nearby cafe.
